Brooklyn Museum Sampler Pattern 16

The pattern is from a sampler in the Brooklyn Museum as documented by Susanna E. Lewis in "Knitting Lace, A Workshop with Patterns and Projects".

I have changed the garter sections to purled garter so that the reverse rows can be all purled.

Having just uploaded this I saw how similar it is to Rettenegger Muster, which led me to Fahnchen, which is I believe essentially identical, even including my modification.
