Non-lacy dragon scales (lifted RL)

Unvented. Inspired by Barbara Walker's dragon skin pattern, modified to be worked top down.

This is basically Lacy dragon scales, modified to use less open increases.

In this instance, it's incR and incL, which are lifted increases worked into the stitch below. Most of these increases are fairly easy, but the incR, k1, incL (rows 1 and 7) involves a bit of fishing for the stitch for the incL and results in a small eyelet.
