1) The rows have been rearranged, bringing two rows of her chart from the top to the bottom.
2) It is charted for working in the round, eliminating most of Walker's non-repeat sts and adding only enough knit sts to keep things aligned. When working the pattern in the round, ignore the non-repeat knit sts and adjust the first (and maybe the last) stitch of the round as necessary to establish the row change. Markers between repeats will need to be moved on several rounds. NOTE: Vertical repeats will be misaligned by one st. The transition from Rnd 24 to Rnd 1 is off by one st so you are on your own to align that transition correctly.
3) Three knit sts on rounds 3 and 15 have been changed to purl sts, as this seems to have been a mistake in Walker's chart. The now purled sts are part of the purled circle in the pattern.

- Round 3: K4, *k3, p3, k5, p1, repeat from *.

- Round 5: K4, *k3, p5, k4, repeat from *.
- Round 6: K3, *k3tog, yo, p7, yo, ssk, yo, repeat from * to last st, k1.
- Rounds 7 and 9: K3, *k2, p7, k3, repeat from * to last st, k1.
- Round 8: K3, *ssk, yo, p7, yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, repeat from * to last st, k1.
- Round 10: K2, *sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, p7, yo, k2tog, yo, repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2.
- Round 11: K2, *k2, p7, k3, repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2.
