Striped Garter Stich
Square 1 from Learn-To-Knit Afghan Book, Barbara G. Walker Is used to determine size of all others as no gauge is listed in the book Change Color after every second row.
Garter Stich looks the same on both sides. It's a flat, firm fabric, having no tendency to curl.
