spearhead and chain, extended, w/ neckline shaping

Stitch pattern that appears to be used in Moyen Age from Hada Knits, with side twists, and beginning of neckline shaping incorporating the twists from Milou by Linda Wilgus. I DO NOT own either pattern. I took the stitch pattern from Knitting Fool and extrapolated the neckline using logic and a long time in front of my computer.

The difference with the body chart begins on row 14. This stitch map is intended to be viewed as 1x1 repeats.
