Photo shows detail of a triangular shawl begun with a single pattern rep. Yo increases at beginning and end of each RS row create stitches sufficient to add repetitions as the work grows (within the usual borders). Produces a diagonal effect which differs from Stitchmap. To simplify instructions, WS rows are purled, but for shawlette all yo sts were knit on those rows.
Shown with a cast-on count of 32 stitches.
