Mesh ladder
This borrows the k2tog technique described in chrisfourfalcon’s Mesh with Special Decreases. I also used it for p2tog on WS.
Shown with a cast-on count of 11 stitches.

- Row 2: P1, *p1, yo, p2tog, p1, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, sl1 wyif.

- multiple of 4 stitches, plus 3
