It looks like it should be pretty - possibly a bit like lilies of the valley or similar with the nupps. Now that I'm looking at the map, I think I would replace the ssk-k2tog pairs (formed when the pattern repeats horizontally) with CDD.

I'm intrigued by what stitch maps show, though - based on the chart on that page, I would not have guessed that the nupps are actually evenly spaced and arise from the stitch between the two yarnovers on the previous RS row.
