Kelpie lace mesh version 1

This is an excerpt from the various Kelpie hexagon patterns; it must exist as a mesh already, but I haven't tracked it down yet.
It is also the same as one half of Star Rib Mesh.

- Row 1 (RS): Ssk, yo, k1, *yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, k1, repeat from * to last 2 sts, yo, k2tog.
- Row 2: Purl.
