- Rows 1, 3, 5, and 7 (RS): *[K1 tbl, p1 tbl] 3 times, k1 tbl, p5, repeat from * to last st, k1 tbl.
- Rows 2, 4, 6, and 8: P1 tbl, *p5, [p1 tbl, k1 tbl] 3 times, p1 tbl, repeat from *.
- Rows 9, 11, 13, and 15: K1 tbl, *p5, [k1 tbl, p1 tbl] 3 times, k1 tbl, repeat from *.
- Rows 10, 12, 14, and 16: *[P1 tbl, k1 tbl] 3 times, p1 tbl, p5, repeat from * to last st, p1 tbl.
