Fichu diamonds
The diamonds can be elongated by repeating rows 1 & 2 and rows 9 & 10 a number of times. This is shown in the border of the shawl in the second swatch photo.

- Rows 2, 4, 8, 10, 12, and 16: Purl.
- Row 3: P2, *k2, k2tog, yo, k1, k2, k1, yo, ssk, k2, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p2.
