This is the first wing. The second wing is exactly in reverse, except that the last BO stitch which flows into the knit across pattern row becomes the first BO stitch and the BO travels away from the border. I did KFB on that stitch (the one that looks like * in this map) and used the second loop of the KFB to start the BO. When I got to the end I pulled the ball through and left some slack before knitting back. Those ends will be cut and woven in.
I am displaying this starting over two full repeats of Old Shale, but obviously it works over any number.
