From Weldon’s Practical Knitter (Fourteenth Series), via The Panopticon. According to Jane Sowerby in Victorian Lace Today*, Cyprus edging also appears in the the 1890 issue of Weldon’s How to Knit Borders.

- Row 3: Sl1 wyif, k3, k2tog, yo, k1, k2tog, k2 (10 sts).
