Chevron Pearls
Simple knit and purl pattern that uses the texture change of the purl bumps to create a chevron pattern on the right side.
Shown with a cast-on count of 33 stitches.
- Rows 1 and 9 (RS): K4, *p1, k7, repeat from * to last 5 sts, p1, k4.
- Rows 2 and 16: K3, p8, *k1, p7, repeat from * to last 6 sts, k1, p2, k3.
- Rows 3 and 15: K6, *p1, k7, repeat from * to last 3 sts, k3.
- Rows 4 and 14: K3, p6, *k1, p7, repeat from * to last 8 sts, k1, p4, k3.
- Rows 5 and 13: K8, *p1, k7, repeat from * to last st, k1.
- Rows 6 and 12: K3, p4, *k1, p7, repeat from * to last 10 sts, k1, p6, k3.
- Rows 7 and 11: K3, k7, *p1, k7, repeat from * to last 7 sts, p1, k6.
- Rows 8 and 10: K3, p2, *k1, p7, repeat from * to last 12 sts, k1, p8, k3.

- multiple of 8 stitches, plus 17
