Bobble-Stitch Rib
This is an elastic border which is more decorative than a straight rib pattern. Shown in the stitch map is the bobble itself. This is the repeat I use - row 1: p3, bobble, p3 - row 2: k3, p1, k3 - row 3: p3, k1, p3.
Shown with a cast-on count of 1 stitch.
- Row 1 (RS): (K1, yo, k1) in next st (3 sts).
- Row 2: P1, (p1, yo, p1) in next st, p1 (5 sts).
- Row 3: K5.
- Row 4: P1, p3tog, p1 (3 sts).
- Row 5: Sl1-k2tog-psso (1 st).
