Simple Trellis
This simple trellis lace is based on Barbara Walker's Vertical Lace Trellis, but simplified a little bit by using the same decrease on both pattern rows. The 2 stockinette stitches on the edge create a deliberate selvedge curl.
Shown with a cast-on count of 9 stitches.
- Rows 1 and 3 (WS): Purl.
- Row 2: K3, *yo, ssk, repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2.
- Row 4: K2, *ssk, yo, repeat from * to last 3 sts, k3.
