- Rows 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17 (RS): Knit.
- Rows 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10: P3, *k7, p3, repeat from *.
- Rows 12, 14, and 16: K3, *p7, k3, repeat from *.
- Repeat rows 2-17.
Cast-on count
- multiple of 10 stitches, plus 3
