Combination of increases and center decreases to create the look of a single feather. (This stitch was designed to be a tail feather on a stuffed animal)
Shown with a cast-on count of 9 stitches.
- Rows 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 (RS): Kfb, k2, sl2-k1-p2sso, k2, kfb.
- Row 2: Pfb, p2, cddp, p2, pfb.
- Rows 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12: Purl.
- Repeat rows 3-12.
