This pattern variation has a K2-and-yo border
Super simple to memorize, this pattern’s 9-stitch repeat is the same on both pattern rows. It merely shifts back and forth by a single stitch. The key to staying on track is lining up the yarn overs, centering them alternately over the right and left yarn overs of the previous row.

- Rows 1 and 3 (WS): K2, purl to last 2 sts, k2.
