Swirl Hat - Version D
Stacked lifted increases (version c, accidental) don't work. Vary with kfb instead of slipping the first stitch. I need to try it before I decide whether to slip the brim edge on the lifted-increase rows.
Shown with a cast-on count of 30 stitches.
- Row 1 (RS): K30.
- Row 2: Kfb, k27, ssk.
- Row 3: Ssk, k2, p25, incRp, p1.
- Row 4: Kfb, k22, p4, w&t (28 sts).
- Row 5: Ssk, ssk, k4, p19, incRp, p1 (27 sts).
- Row 6: Sl1 wyif, incRp, p23, w&t (25 sts).
- Row 7: Ssk, ssk, k20, kfb (24 sts).
- Row 8: Sl1 wyif, incRp, p20, w&t (22 sts).
- Row 9: Ssk, ssk, k17, kfb (21 sts).
- Repeat rows 2-9.
