Moss Cable Owl Small

A small cable owl with at moss/seed stitch body. Note: the 1st and last stitch of round 1-17, and K4 of round 18 is the background pattern, feel free to increase and/or change it up.

Ideally repeated horizontally. From personal experience, if you want to repeat vertically: - Work row 18 in all K (work the middle 4 sts according on your background sts) - skip round 19. Otherwise the background stitch will get squashed from all the cables and it just looks weird.

• Rounds 2, 4, and 6: K3, [p1, k1] twice, k3.
• Rounds 3, 5, and 7: P1, k2, [k1, p1] twice, k2, p1.
• Rounds 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16: Knit.
• Rounds 11, 13, and 17: P1, knit to last st, p1.
• Round 18: K1, k2tog, M1R, k4, M1L, ssk, k1.
• Round 19: Purl.
