Edited to work in the round. Otherwise, based on Little Hearts.

This is Kleines Herz modified by using a bunny ears decrease in row 5. This makes the pattern symmetrical.

The bunny ears decrease is useful in lace patterns when you have an odd number of stitches and want a central yarnover.
