I tested several options for the last row of the heart pattern. Not sure which is my favorite. Anyhow. This stitch map displays a nice idea for wrist warmers or socks. I knit one wrist-warmer-type dish cloth.

- Rounds 2 and 14: *P2, 2-to-2 gather, repeat from * to last 12 sts, p2, p10.
- Round 3: *P2, k1, yo, k1, repeat from * to last 12 sts, p2, p5, incR, incL, p5 (multiple of 5 sts, plus 14).
- Round 4: *P2, ssk, k1, repeat from * to last 14 sts, p2, p4, 1/1 RPT, 1/1 LPT, p4 (multiple of 4 sts, plus 14).
- Round 5: *P2, k2, repeat from * to last 14 sts, p2, p3, 1/1 RPT, 1/1 RT, 1/1 LPT, p3.
