Chevron with ridges
Any number of variations are possible: with a varying number of stitches between the yarn overs and the double decreases, with a varying number of chevron rows, and with a varying number of reverse stockinette rows.

- Rows 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 (RS): K1, *yo, k6, sl1-k2tog-psso, k6, yo, k1, repeat from *.
- Rows 2, 4, 6, and 8: Purl.
- Rows 10, 12, and 14: Knit.
- Rows 11 and 13: Purl.
