I needed to knit one pattern repeat less than in this pattern: Seashell Coasters. I created this map to visualize a 3-repeats-version. And after that I also changed the border stitches. My new boarder is displayed in this map.

I needed to knit one pattern repeat less than in this pattern: Seashell Coasters. I created this map to visualize a 3-repeats-version. And after that I also changed the border stitches. My new boarder is displayed in this map.
Follow the stitch map. After row 19 use first 3 stitches of the row to start with iCord bind off. When you only have 3 stitches on the left needle and 3 stitches on the right needle: graft them together. It looks like a closed iCord which goes all around the sea shell.
This is hardly a draft and not a pattern description. I apologize but I do not have a better explanation right now. Just needed a place to write down a rough description. Also the video is just the first I stumbled upon.

Nach Reihe 19 ein iCord bind off, der mit den 3 rechten iCord Randmaschen startet. Sobald ich bei den 3 linken iCord Randmaschen angekommen bin, habe ich den iCord im Maschenstich geschlossen. Es sieht dann so aus, als laufe der iCord um das ganze Strickstück. Ich kann das momentan nicht besser erklären, aber ich wollte es wenigstens so ungefähr aufschreiben. Auch das verlinkte Video ist einfach nur das erstbeste, über das ich gestolpert bin.
