Looks like a theatre curtain. Particularly if you use a variegated yarn as basic and work row 1 + 2 with a contrasting yarn.

- Rows 2, 4, and 6: P1, *k1, M1L, k3, ssk, k1 tbl, k2tog, k3, M1R, k1, p1, repeat from *.
- Rows 3 and 5: *K1, p6, p1 tbl, p6, repeat from * to last st, k1.
Cast-on count
- multiple of 14 stitches, plus 1
