Millstone Stitch
My own variation of Overlapping Waves used in my Ledges Shell top. Note that in the first row of the repeat the increase and decrease happen in the same stitch.

- Rows 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 (WS): Purl.
- Row 2: K1, p1, *M1R, ssk, k5, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, k1.
- Row 4: K1, p1, *M1R, k1, ssk, k4, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, k1.
- Row 6: K1, p1, *M1R, k2, ssk, k3, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, k1.
- Row 8: K1, p1, *M1R, k3, ssk, k2, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, k1.
- Row 10: K1, p1, *M1R, k4, ssk, k1, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, k1.
- Row 12: K1, p1, *M1R, k5, ssk, repeat from * to last 2 sts, p1, k1.

- multiple of 7 stitches, plus 4
