Non-lacy dragon scales (lifted LR)

Unvented. Inspired by Barbara Walker's dragon skin pattern, modified to be worked top down.

This is basically Lacy dragon scales, modified to use less open increases.

In this instance, it's incL and incR, which are lifted increases worked into the stitch below. Most of these increases are fairly easy, but the incL after the double decrease (rows 5 and 11) involves a bit of fishing for the stitch.
