Small loop edging from wrong side

This is a neat way to finish doilies, shawls etc, instead of crochet loops.

  • Rows 38, 40, and 42 (RS): Knit.
  • Rows 39, 41, and 43: Purl.
  • Row 52: K42, CO 2 sts (44 sts).
  • Rows 61, 71, 81, 91, 101, 111, and 121: P1, yo, p3tog, turn (3 sts).
  • Rows 62, 72, 82, 92, 102, 112, and 122: K1, (k1, yo, k1) in next st, k1 (5 sts).
  • Rows 63, 73, 83, 93, 103, 113, and 123: BO 3 sts, p2tog, turn (2 sts).
  • Rows 64, 74, 84, 94, 104, 114, and 124: K2.
