Fjord
This is a stitch pattern to use in a cardigan I am designing inspired by my trip to Norway in 2015. It is meant to represent the mountains that make up the fjords of Norway. I will be placing this motif against a wave pattern. Set the pattern for only one vertical repeat A border stitch is included which will also have a 4 stitch flat icord - I plan on making a seamless cardigan, with three needle bind-off for the shoulder seams.

- Row 1 (RS): K2, yo, k2tog, k3, *yo, ssk, k8, repeat from * to last 18 sts, yo, ssk, k7, k2tog, yo, k3, ssk, yo, k2.
- Rows 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14: Purl.
- Row 3: P4, k4, yo, *ssk, k5, k2tog, M1L, k1, M1R, repeat from * to last 17 sts, ssk, k5, k2tog, yo, k4, p4.
- Row 5: K2, yo, k2tog, k5, yo, *ssk, k3, k2tog, M1L, k3, M1R, repeat from * to last 16 sts, ssk, k3, k2tog, yo, k5, ssk, yo, k2.
- Row 7: P4, k6, yo, *ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k5, yo, repeat from * to last 15 sts, ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k6, p4.
- Row 9: K2, yo, k2tog, k7, yo, *sl1-k2tog-psso, yo, k1, yo, ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, repeat from * to last 14 sts, sl1-k2tog-psso, yo, k7, ssk, yo, k2.
- Row 11: P4, k8, *yo, ssk, k2, yo, sl1-k2tog-psso, yo, k3, repeat from * to last 13 sts, yo, ssk, k7, p4.
- Row 13: K2, yo, k2tog, k13, *yo, ssk, k8, repeat from * to last 8 sts, k4, ssk, yo, k2.
