Fjord

This is a stitch pattern to use in a cardigan I am designing inspired by my trip to Norway in 2015. It is meant to represent the mountains that make up the fjords of Norway. I will be placing this motif against a wave pattern. Set the pattern for only one vertical repeat A border stitch is included which will also have a 4 stitch flat icord - I plan on making a seamless cardigan, with three needle bind-off for the shoulder seams.

  • Rows 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14: Purl.
