Work one row each color A and color B on dpns or a circular needle. Slide stitches to the other end of the needle after working each color A row, so the following color B row can begin on the same side of the work.

To reduce bulk, the stitches below each k9tog are not worked as brSl, but are merely slipped purlwise with yarn held in front.
The swatch photos show an unblocked swatch, knit in Blue Moon Fiber Arts Woobu (I think!), using 4.5mm needles.
