Biscornu
Piecework article about the sewn and embroidered pincushions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biscornu Two squaresa are rotated by 45 degrees and sewn, there are 8 points. My knit version: With a provisional cast on, CO even number of stitches * 4. Work 1 side, then work the other, but offset the stitches on side 2 so the CDDs are opposite the twisted stitch of row 2. On round 17 work a bunny ears back dec to remove 1 stitch where the chart has an ssk. Close the top, and sew through to the other side to shape.

- Round 2: *K9, sl2-k1-p2sso, k9, k1 tbl, repeat from * (multiple of 20 sts).
- Round 4: *K8, sl2-k1-p2sso, k9, repeat from * (multiple of 18 sts).
- Round 6: *K7, sl2-k1-p2sso, k8, repeat from * (multiple of 16 sts).
