4 quarter heel and toe for 80 st sock
This is version 2. Original was too deep so I'll test this modification.
This map is just for half the heel/toe.
Toe only starts are Row 12.
This is actually done in the round so all stitches are knit (no purls)

- Row 0 (RS): CO 40 sts (40 sts).
- Row 1: K23, w&t (23 sts).
- Row 2: P6, w&t (6 sts).
- Row 3: K8, w&t (8 sts).
- Row 4: P10, w&t (10 sts).
- Row 5: K12, w&t (12 sts).
- Row 6: P14, w&t (14 sts).
- Row 7: K16, w&t (16 sts).
- Row 8: P18, w&t (18 sts).
- Row 9: K20, w&t (20 sts).
- Row 10: P22, w&t (22 sts).
- Row 11: Knit (31 sts).
- Row 12: Purl (40 sts).
- Rows 13, 17, 19, 24, 27, 31, and 33: Knit.
