Scroll pattern, with shifting BOR marker
In this version, drop st and CO 1 st are used to show where the beginning-of-rounds marker needs to shift, in order to get the decreases to line up properly. See also this Ravelry post, and this alternate version.

- Round 1: Drop st, *M1R, k10, k2tog, repeat from * (multiple of 12 sts).
- Round 2: *K1, M1R, k9, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 3: *K2, M1R, k8, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 4: *K3, M1R, k7, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 5: *K4, M1R, k6, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 6: *K5, M1R, k5, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 7: *K6, M1R, k4, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 8: *K7, M1R, k3, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 9: *K8, M1R, k2, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 10: *K9, M1R, k1, k2tog, repeat from *.
- Round 11: CO 1 st, *k10, M1R, k2tog, repeat from * (multiple of 12 sts, plus 1).
- Round 12: *Ssk, k10, M1L, repeat from * to last st, drop st (multiple of 12 sts).
