Third short row Lozenge
This is one of the lozenges from Ilga Leja’s “Spell of the Evening” shawl. I thought it would be a good test.
Shown with a cast-on count of 28 stitches.
- Row 1 (RS): K28.
- Row 2: K28.
- Row 3: K23, w&t (23 sts).
- Row 4: K19, w&t (19 sts).
- Row 5: K18, w&t (18 sts).
- Row 6: K17, w&t (17 sts).
- Row 7: K1, [k2tog, yo] 7 times, k1, w&t (16 sts).
- Rows 8 and 14: K15, w&t (15 sts).
- Row 9: K1, [k2tog, yo] 6 times, k1, w&t (14 sts).
- Row 10: K13, w&t (13 sts).
- Row 11: K1, [k2tog, yo] 5 times, k1, w&t (12 sts).
- Row 12: K11, w&t (11 sts).
- Row 13: K1, [k2tog, yo] 4 times, k1, w&t (10 sts).
- Row 15: K21, w&t (21 sts).
