Very Pretty Vandyke Border

Errata noted:
- Row 10, missing the first knit 1 (between the stitches worked into the double yarnovers).
I'm not sure why there are slipped stitches at the starts of rows 2 and 6 but not at the starts of any other WS rows. I suspect they could be worked as plain knit stitches quite nicely.
