Print of the Wave

From Centenary Stitches, a collection of WW1 knitting and crochet patterns. This pattern is designed by Elizabeth Lovick.

This gave me a lot of trouble when I followed the original written instructions! The last three rows originally started with k2, not k3. You can imagine the frustration of constantly losing a stitch, and feeling like something was off, especially as a learning knitter. Now I know it was the pattern that was wrong, not me. Haha! The chart was perfect but I couldn't read it at the time, unfortunately.

Shown with a cast-on count of 64 stitches.   Getting chart...
