Triangle scarf

In row 0, cast on 3 stitches using a “pointy start” as follows: Leaving a short tail, wrap a circle of yarn around a finger, creating an “X” and an “O.” Pinch the “X” to hold the “O” open. With an empty needle, reach into the “O,” snag your yarn, and pull a knit stitch forward through the “O.” Above the “O,” work a yarn over. Reach into the “O” and create another knit stitch.
