Colorless green dreams sleep furiously variant

The column guides here have been making me think of syntax trees. I decided to see what would happen if I turned a syntax tree into a stitch map. Not yet swatched!

This version eliminates the alternating rows of plain stockinette for a lacier effect and something closer to the proportions of the original syntax tree.

(Colorless green dreams sleep furiously is a classic example sentence used in linguistics to show the difference between a syntactically correct sentence and one which makes sense semantically. This stitch pattern is based on its tree.)
